Chocolate and Calm is a slower-paced, sensory workshop that blends the joy of chocolate making with space for reflection, connection, and care.

 

Designed especially for women (or anyone willing to learn), this experience invites you to pause, reconnect with yourself, and explore the role of food – and pleasure – in wellbeing.

 

Through mindful chocolate-making and meaningful conversation, you’ll craft therapeutic chocolate treats to take home, while nurturing a deeper sense of calm and connection.

Workshop Overview

Chocolate & Calm is a creative, sensory-led workshop that combines the therapeutic joy of craft chocolate with meaningful conversation about self-care. Designed specifically for women, this session offers a unique opportunity to slow down, connect, and reconnect with yourself through the mindful act of chocolate making.

Participants will leave with a deeper appreciation of how food, ritual, and pleasure can be powerful tools for wellbeing, and a box of handmade chocolate treats to enjoy or gift.

 

 

Workshop Aims

  • To give women a safe, beautiful space to slow down and reconnect with themselves

  • To use chocolate making as a metaphor for pleasure, patience, and presence

  • To open conversation around realistic self-care and reclaiming joy in daily life

  • To offer a sensory experience that supports both creativity and calm

  • High-quality, unroasted, plant-based chocolate

  • All tools and packaging materials

  • Ingredients for flavouring (e.g. herbs, spices, dried fruit)

  • Reflection prompt cards and calming journal exercises

  • Herbal tea and nourishing refreshments
