This month's bonbons are inspired by the wild, green world of late spring. Hedgerow blossoms, orchard fruits and the sharp, aromatic flavours of things foraged at their fleeting best. Four hand-painted chocolates, each one a little piece of the season.
Juniper & Blackcurrant (Dark Chocolate) A deep, rich dark chocolate shell with a bold ganache of smoky juniper and sharp blackcurrant. Wild, resinous and beautifully intense.
Hawthorn Blossom (Oat Mylk) A creamy oat mylk shell filled with a delicate ganache capturing the soft, almond-like floral notes of hawthorn blossom. Subtle, fragrant and quietly special.
Apple & Cucumber Gel (Oat Mylk) A fresh, clean centre with crisp apple and cool cucumber in a light gel. Bright, unexpected and wonderfully refreshing.
Elderflower Ganache (White Chocolate) Smooth white chocolate with a silky elderflower ganache. Floral, honeyed and unmistakably English summer.
Made with Rawsome Chocolate bean-to-bar chocolate shells, hand painted with naturally coloured cocoa butter and filled with seasonal, hedgerow-inspired flavours. Vegan, dairy and soya free. The centres contain oat cream so do contain gluten.
Each chocolate is handmade from bean to bar using traceable and sustainable Peruvian cacao.
